Dear Resident

I'm  reaching out during July to stay connected with our community and make sure the local Policing team are hearing directly from the people who live and work in the area. I know residents often notice things that we may not be aware of, and your information can play an important part in helping us understand local concerns and identify where we can offer support. 

I would  like to ask: 

• Is there anything happening locally that you would like us to know about?

• Are there any issues affecting you, your family, or your neighbours? 

• Are there any areas where you would like to see more attention or reassurance? 

• Is there any information you are happy to share that could help us understand what is happening in your community?

This could be anything from anti-social behaviour and suspicious activity to ongoing concerns, community issues, or suggestions on how we can work better together. 

Please reply with any information you feel comfortable sharing. 

Your feedback helps us build a clearer picture of what matters to residents and supports us in planning our approach locally. If you need to report an incident or crime, please remember: 

• Call 101 for non-emergency reports or advice

• Call 999 if there is an immediate emergency or a crime is taking place
